Booking & Cancellations:

Booking Deposit: To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at least two weeks (14 days) before the service begins.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due either upon key collection or one week (7 days) prior to the start of the service, whichever comes first.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Full Refund: If you cancel your booking by 12:00 noon one week (7 days) prior to the service start date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

No Refund: If you cancel within one week of the service start date or during the booking itself, no refund will be issued.
